Senior Appointments at Emsleys Solicitors

Emsleys Solicitors has appointed two solicitors. The appointments follow a period of growth and increased success and recognition regionally and nationally.

Solicitor Helen Gott joins the firm to head up the Wills and Probate team. Helen brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in wills, probate, administration of trusts and estates, court of protection, mental incapacity and powers of attorney. Helen is a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) qualified solicitor and a member of Solicitors for the Elderly. She joins Emsleys from Black Solicitors. Helen said: “Emsleys’ commitment to excellent client service matches my own approach to providing legal services, so I’m really looking forward to being part of the firm’s future plans and leading and growing the Wills and Probate team.”

Commercial solicitor Kelly Sanderson joins the firm with over 12 years’ experience in commercial property including the purchase and sale of commercial premises, commercial landlord and tenant work, as well as property finance. Kelly acts on behalf of individuals, partnerships, investors, developers, banks, charities, pension funds and other institutions. Kelly said: “I’m really looking forward to the high quality, challenging instructions that Emsleys’ client base provides and helping to develop further interests of successful businesses both locally and nationally.”
