Current Vacancy - Residential Conveyancing
We currently have a full time vacancy for an Administrator based within our busy Residential Conveyancing department. The post will be based at our new, purpose built offices at No.6 Colton Mill, Bullerthorpe Lane, Leeds.
The position will cover all administration aspects of the conveyancing process including file opening, transaction progression, dealing with the Land Registry and Lenders and file closing. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Office and experience of working with a case management system within a legal environment would be advantageous.
We offer excellent working conditions with 25 days holiday and there is free on-site parking available at this office.
