We don’t normally charge a fee for mortgage advice but a fee paying option is available. Our typical fee is 1.5% of the mortgage amount, this means that 1.5% on a loan of £100,000 equates to £1,500.
The Financial Services Authority does not regulate most Buy to Let mortgages.
