We can pursue a debt through three stages, with payment possible at each stage. The first stage is a pre-action letter threatening court proceedings if payment is not made. If this does not get you your money we will move to stage two - court proceedings. Finally, we can proceed to enforcement action, whether that is by way of bailiffs, charging orders, attachment for earnings or bankruptcy/winding-up proceedings. If the debt is disputed and proceedings are contested we have a specialist dispute resolution team ready to help.
