The Chartered Institute of Housing, HouseMark and Social Landlords Crime and Nuisance Group issued a draft new housing management standard for dealing with anti social behaviour on 23rd March 2011.
The standard would be a useful tool to supplement ASB policies and procedures.
The standard suggests that an annual training plan be in place across all levels of the organisation (including staff, tenants, governing body and relevant partners). We can provide assistance in delivering your training in relation to legal remedies for Anti Social Behaviour; please contact us for further details.
The standard also expects Providers of Social Housing to demonstrate that they are obtaining Value for Money for procured services. Value for money is firmly within the ethos of Emsleys approach to long term relationships with clients - please contact email@example.com for more information.
The draft is open for consultation with comments sought by 3 May 2011.Back to Blog
