If you are worried about future care home fees for yourself or a loved one, we can assist. Assets can be protected from nursing home fees or inheritance tax by way of trusts. It may be that you have previously been married or have had children from other relationships then a trust is what you need. If you have a disabled child or relative it may be that a trust is the appropriate way forward. If you have very young children or grandchildren it may be wise to provide for them using a trust.
Property and other assets can be placed into trust whilst you are alive or via a will after you or a member of your family has died. Generally speaking we only create trusts when it is absolutely necessary. As with wills, our trust and property trust service is geared to your individual needs and we like to meet all our clients in person to advise and assist.
We can, via trusts, ensure that no matter what happens in the future that your children will inherit what you leave them.
We provide our clients with expert trust advice and we have a wealth of experience in dealing with lifetime trusts and will trusts. Our team of solicitors is professional, dedicated and committed to meeting yours and your family’s needs.
