The law is changing

After 1st April 2013, clients who enter into Conditional Fee Agreements and who win their case will have to make a contribution to their legal costs, capped at 25% of the award for their injuries and past losses. These changes have been brought in by the Government. In order to partly offset this, awards for injury claims are being increased by 10% for those who enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement after that date.
