Do I have to come to your office?

We enjoy meeting our clients in-person, however it is sometimes possible to prepare your Will remotely over email, phone or video call if we cannot arrange a face-to-face meeting.

The Will must be witnessed in-person when it is signed. You can attend our office at No. 6 Colton Mill in Leeds, or we can arrange a home visit.

Primarily, our appointments are held at our office, though in certain circumstances alternative arrangements may be made.

What do I have to prepare?

What happens if I move house, get divorced or change my mind later?

A Will isn’t fixed in stone forever. You have the freedom to amend or adjust any aspect of it at any time.

Minor adjustments can easily be made to an existing Will, though we do not make codicils. All amendments would require new Wills. In addition, significant life changes might call for a new Will entirely.

Remember, too, that getting married automatically revokes an existing Will, so a new draft will be needed.
