We currently have a vacancy for a commercial solicitor with experience of dealing with a wide range of transactions including; residential and commercial property transactions, company and business sales and purchases, Shareholder and Partnership Agreements, commercial re-mortgages and re-financing and development work acting for landowners.
The role will be based at our No. 6 Colton Mill office and will require you to manage your own workload, in addition to working as part of a team. This is a progressive role and will provide many development opportunities.
