Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

We are currently seeking either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Legal Conveyancer to join our busy and successful Residential Conveyancing department.

The successful candidate will have extensive legal knowledge and experience of conveyancing procedures and practice including sales, purchases, new build conveyancing transactions, TOE and re-mortgages.

The role will be based at our No.6 Colton Mill office and will require you to manage your own workload, in addition to working as part of a team, be approachable and reliable. This is a progressive role and will provide many development opportunities.

Proclaim & IT Administrator

We are currently seeking an IT administrator with Proclaim experience.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of computerised systems and processes including Proclaim case management as well as updating workflows, writing reports and liaising with IT suppliers. Experience of working within a legal environment would be advantageous. The role will be based at our No.6 Colton Mill office and will require you to manage your own workload, have an ability to work with and train others and be proactive in the future development of the IT systems used across the company.
