New Build Conveyancing
Due to continuing success and new opportunities, we are seeking talented individuals to join our growing New Build Conveyancing Team.
We have a variety of roles on offer, at solicitor/CILEX level as well as licensed conveyancers, legal assistants and post completion team administrators.
We’re looking for qualified, enthusiastic, client focused individuals with ambition and drive to develop. Candidates must be organised, have the ability to work independently and part of a team, be flexible, approachable and reliable. The roles will be based at our No.6 Colton Mill office in Leeds.

We currently have a vacancy for a commercial solicitor with experience of dealing with a wide range of transactions including; residential and commercial property transactions, company and business sales and purchases, Shareholder and Partnership Agreements, commercial re-mortgages and re-financing and development work acting for landowners.
The role will be based at our No.6 Colton Mill office in Leeds and will require you to manage your own workload, in addition to working as part of a team. This is a progressive role and will provide many development opportunities.
