With our Fixed Fee Probate option, you will collate details of the estate and we will complete the necessary inheritance tax forms and probate application on your behalf. The Personal Representatives will be responsible for distributing the estate in accordance with the terms of the Will or intestacy rules.

On average, once you have provided us with all relevant information, applications are dealt with in a matter of weeks. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to obtain the Grant of Probate once the application has been submitted. Once obtained, the original document together with sealed copies are provided to you so that you can deal with collecting in the estate and distributing the assets.
