About Claire
Claire qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006 and later qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Advocate in 2013.
Working in family law for over 20 years, Claire has experience of dealing with all aspect of family law, with an emphasis on divorce and financial arrangements within all types of separation, also dealing with pre-nuptial agreements and complex high net worth financial cases involving businesses and hidden assets.
Claire is also experienced at dealing with Children Act matters as well as previously representing clients at Mental Health Tribunals all over the country who are detained in secure settings.
