Emma is Director of New Build Conveyancing, with over 20 years’ experience in property transactions. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2002 and deals with a wide variety of property matters, including Help to Buy documentation, residential sales and purchases, transfers of equity, equity releases and re-mortgages.
