About Rosalind
Rosalind has over 20 years post qualification experience in civil litigation, specialising in Family Law from 2010 onwards.
Rosalind leads the financial remedies, divorce and children teams which service mid and high net worth financial cases including those involving intervenors, emergency freezing orders and TOLATA applications. Rosalind is an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Panel since 2010 which demonstrates her vast experience with family cases and in particular financial remedy cases. As well as practising in the West and North Yorkshire area since 1997 Rosalind has also worked in the South gaining a wealth of experience in handling very high net worth financial cases.
Rosalind has expertise in representing clients at round the table meetings and putting forward negotiated financial proposals where parties have been expressly keen to reach a negotiated financial settlement without incurring the significant costs of a fully contested hearing.
