About Rosalind
With over 20 years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation, Rosalind has specialised in Family Law since 2010. She heads the Divorce, Financial Remedies, and Children teams, managing mid and high net worth cases that often involve complex elements such as intervenors, emergency freezing orders, and TOLATA applications. Having practised across Yorkshire and Southern England, she brings a wealth of experience to high-value disputes and is highly skilled in conducting "round table" meetings to achieve cost-effective, negotiated settlements.
Rosalind’s expertise is underpinned by her long-standing status as an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Panel. Originally accredited in 2010, she successfully completed her re-accreditation in January 2025, a distinction that reaffirms her sustained experience of the field and her commitment to the highest professional standards in family and financial remedy law.
