We ask every client at the end of their case to complete a Client Satisfaction Survey and feedback cards are also available in-branch and on our website.
All comments are fed back into our strategy, help us improve our services and help with staff development.
All clients who return their Client Satisfaction Survey or complete a feedback card are entered into a monthly prize draw to be in with a chance of winning £50 in M&S vouchers.
