Emsleys hits 100% client satisfaction for the second time this year

Figures from Emsleys’ August client satisfaction survey reveal that 100% of our clients would use us again and recommend us to family and friends*. The figures follow 100% result in April 2014.

Director Andrew Greenwood says: “Our client satisfaction levels have always been high, averaging over 98%, but reaching 100% client satisfaction for the second time this year is a real achievement. We put our clients at the heart of our business and are always looking for ways to enhance our clients’ experience with the firm, so to have received an all-round positive response to our client satisfaction survey is tremendous and means a great deal to our team who work hard to deliver the very best service to each and every client.”

We ask every client at the end of their case to complete a client satisfaction survey. Feedback cards are also available in-branch and on our website.
