Emsleys Solicitors has announced a significant evolution of its senior leadership team. Charlie Greenwood has been appointed as the firm's new owner and Managing Director, taking over leadership responsibilities from Judith Hogg, who moves into the role of Finance Director.
Charlie Greenwood, a barrister specialising in commercial litigation, steps into the role as the son of Director and owner Andrew Greenwood, marking a clear generational transition within the firm's leadership structure. The move mirrors Emsleys’ long-standing commitment to serving generations of families across Leeds and Yorkshire since its origins in the 19th century.
Judith Hogg, who has guided Emsleys through years of success and operational modernisations, steps into the role of Finance Director to spearhead the firm’s strategic financial planning and administration. This ensures seamless operational continuity while retaining her extensive institutional knowledge and executive experience.
