Emsleys Solicitors expands its private client provision in two key areas

We are pleased to welcome Solicitor Judith McAra to our Family Law team and Solicitor Kiran Hamilton to our Wills & Probate team.

Judith joins as a consultant specialising in financial cases, domestic violence, children cases and care proceedings. She is a collaborative lawyer and a member of Resolution.

Judith previously headed up Emsley Collins’ Family Law department in 1986 before going on to manage a family law firm with her husband Bob McAra for 26 years. The practice later merged with a national law firm, where Judith assisted with the expansion and development of its family department.

Director Peter Watson said: “I have had the pleasure of working with Judith previously and I am delighted to work with her again and welcome her back to Emsleys. She will undoubtedly become an asset to the team.”

Meanwhile, Kiran is an affiliate member of STEP and an associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of Protection work. She is also a Dementia Friend.
