Leeds law firm named finalist in Modern Law Awards

The local firm has been handpicked from more than 100 entries and shortlisted along with two other firms for the Client Care Initiative of the Year award at the inaugural Eclipse Proclaim Modern Law Awards, to be held at the Dorchester Hotel in London on 25th September.

The Awards celebrate and identify talent and success in entrepreneurship, market development, business management and best practice in the modern legal services arena.

Speaking of the achievement, Andrew Greenwood, partner and personal injury law expert at Emsleys, said; “We’re delighted to have been shortlisted for this award.  Over the past two years we’ve transformed the way we deliver legal services.  As well as investing in staff and technology, we’ve embraced the need to move with the times; delivering great service and value for money, whilst making legal services accessible to all and rewarding clients for their loyalty.

“We put our clients at the heart of everything we do, from a comprehensive programme of client initiatives, to delivering service excellence through our people and our commitment to our communities.

“This shows in our client feedback; our latest client satisfaction survey revealed 97% of clients would recommend us.”

The judging panel includes Adam Sampson, Chief Ombudsman, Lucy Scott-Moncrieff, past President of the Law Society and Samantha Barrass, SRA Executive Director.
