We’re delighted to congratulate Natalie Mousavi on graduating with a Distinction in Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Huddersfield. To top it off, Natalie achieved the highest grade in her student cohort.
Natalie is an experienced solicitor in our personal injury team. She joined Emsleys in late 2017 with extensive expertise in serious injury claims. At Emsleys, Natalie specialises in employer liability and public liability cases, including serious injury and brain injury cases. She also works on Emsleys’ award-winning Review My Claim initiative.
During the postgraduate course, Natalie researched the topic of ‘compensation culture’ for her dissertation. This included the impact of civil justice reforms undertaken following a full review by Lord Justice Jackson (then Sir Rupert Jackson) in 2009.
Natalie said of her success: “I am delighted with my result and hope it will give clients the reassurance that their solicitor brings both academic and practical expertise to their case. I believe that my in depth analysis into the complex and rapidly changing reforms helps me to deliver strong tactical and dynamic advice to my clients and ensures they achieve the best possible outcome for their case.”Back to Blog
