Emsleys launches new client-focussed initiatives

Emsleys Solicitors is shaking up its marketing strategy with the launch of two new initiatives to help recruit, reward and retain clients.

Emsleys Essentials will highlight services that are provided at a fixed fee, making them instantly and easily identifiable and ensuring cost transparency from the outset. Emsleys Essentials will launch under three distinct banners: ‘lifetime essentials’ - wills, trusts and elderly client services; ‘moving essentials’- conveyancing & property services; and ‘business essentials’ – services for SMEs.

Emsleys Rewards is open to all clients and provides regular offers on services from Emsleys. In addition, discounts and offers will be provided on services and goods from a range of partner organisations. Members are also rewarded when they recommend Emsleys to their friends and have the chance every month to win £50 in M&S vouchers. Business partners will have their brands publicised on the Emsleys website, marketing literature and across the firm’s branch network.
