Our conveyancing team are celebrating National Conveyancing Week

This week is National Conveyancing Week. We are supporting the campaign to promote the industry and celebrate our wonderful colleagues who work tirelessly to provide the very best experience to our clients involved in the conveyancing process.

The week is designed to educate and inform all those involved in the complexities of the process and to try and alleviate these. Our Associate Director and Head of New Build, Emma Milner says “Conveyancing is the necessary cog in the wheel of transforming home ownership. Alongside Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders and Brokers, here at Emsleys we strive to provide a smooth journey for every client”.

We use the best technology to support the journey and we are always available by telephone or email. We know how valuable it is for our clients to be kept informed of progress and for us to be available to take your calls to assist with any concerns. We understand how stressful moving home can be, regardless of the circumstances, which is why our role is to make it as easy and as straight forward as possible.

In recent years, the conveyancing process has become much more protracted than it once was. The current average turnaround time is 16 weeks. This is due to the pressures currently on the market due the recent pandemic, increasing demand and limited resources. We will always provide our clients with realistic expectations to allow them to deal with these longer timeframes.

Our amazing Google and Trust Pilot reviews demonstrate and speak for themselves about the excellent client service we provide.

National Conveyancing Week takes place between 20-24th March. For more information see https://conveyancingweek.co.uk...
