About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is a Solicitor and Head of the Wills & Probate department. She was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2004 and specialises in wills, trusts and estate planning and administration.
Born in the USA, Elizabeth began her working life with a military career in the United States Air Force and retired at the rank of Major. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California and began practising as an attorney at law in California in 1992, predominately in antitrust and business litigation. Elizabeth also worked as a volunteer attorney at AIDS Project Los Angeles, providing wills and other testamentary documents to clients. She moved to the UK in 2000.
In her role at Emsleys, Elizabeth offers her expertise and guidance to ensure clients fully understand the process of making a will or Lasting Power of Attorney. When the need arises, she empathetically guides clients through the process of estate administration; at all times focusing on her clients’ needs and concerns.
Elizabeth is an associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a Dementia Friend Champion, an affiliate member of STEP and an inactive member of the California Bar.
