About Josephine
Josephine is a senior solicitor and specialises in all aspects of private client work including wills, property trust wills, wills where beneficiaries are disabled, tax planning, powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts to include will trusts and lifetime trusts.
Josephine also deals with aspects of contentious work including validity of wills, claims in respect of an executor’s actions/inaction, claims and appeals in respect of care funding provision. Josephine works with various dementia groups and is a Dementia Friend acting for those who have been diagnosed with dementia. Josephine is also a fully accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) and an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
